The 30 mm, 10-pole Sensor Seal S1 is a low-cost wireless device optionally installed in Lorbrand rollers. It inlcludes temperature, vibration, and RPM sensors and is powered fully by rotation.
Temperature Sensor
The Sensor Seal S1 includes a temperature sensor to measure the temperature of the shaft and thus infer temperature of both bearings.

RPM Sensor (Tachometer)
The Sensor Seal S1 includes a highly-accurate tachometer for measuring roller rpm which further expands use cases, such as replacing traditional speed sensors on weigh scales.

Sub-GHz Radio

Measurement Transmission
The Sensor Seal S1 is typically configured to periodically transmit measurements at a fixed interval. It can also be configured to transmit measurements when a parameter reaches a certain threshold.
